What it costs, in full
One price, billed monthly, cancel whenever you like. Everything you would pay is on this page.
The platform
£25 a month
£25 is the total you pay each month, [TBD: VAT position]. There is no set-up fee and no other charge.
Billed every month, in advance. The first payment is taken when you sign up, and then on the same date each month.
It renews every month until you cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancel any time in Settings, in two clicks. Your access runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. How cancelling works.
What is included
- McKenzie, the AI assistant, whenever you need it, with the source shown behind its answers
- Your case mapped, with what is next and what to prepare
- Document Studio: chronologies, statements, position statements and court bundles in the format the court expects
- Your evidence organised, with gaps flagged
- Everything you write, exported whenever you want it
A McKenzie friend session
£50 a session
£50 is the total for the session, [TBD: VAT position]. A one-off payment, not a subscription.
Move or cancel it up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund.
What is included
- A 45-minute one-to-one call, by phone or video
- A written summary afterwards, with clear next steps
- We map what is coming and what to get ready
- Your first month of the platform is included

What you are booking
- A trained McKenzie friend, who is not a solicitor. They help you understand the process, prepare and organise. They do not give legal advice, do not tell you what to argue, and do not predict what a court will decide.
- 45 minutes, one to one, by phone or video, at a time that suits you.
- A written summary afterwards, with the next steps you agreed.
- £50 for the session. Your first month of the platform is included.
- Move or cancel it up to 24 hours before it starts and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours we cannot refund it, because the time was held for you.
- If something urgent has happened, write to support@familycourt.app and we will look at it.
