Court bundle

Let McKenzie build your court bundle.

Your papers for the hearing, in the sections and order the court's rules set out, numbered, indexed and in one PDF. McKenzie fills it in from what you already have and tells you what's still to come. No page numbering by hand, no guessing what goes where.

A McKenzie friend is trained but is not a solicitor and does not give legal advice.

Questions Parents Ask

Is this legal advice?

No. FamilyCourt.app helps you prepare, organise and understand your own case. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not represent anyone. For advice on the law itself, speak to a solicitor.

Where do the answers come from?

Every answer is grounded in official public sources for England & Wales — legislation, the Family Procedure Rules, court form guidance and CAFCASS materials — and shows you where it came from, so you can check the source yourself.

Does this cover my country?

England and Wales only.

What does it cost?

The platform is £25/month, currently in private beta. Sessions with a trained McKenzie friend are coming soon: they can't be booked yet, and the price and how to book will be shown before anything is paid.

Can a McKenzie friend represent me in court?

No. A McKenzie friend is trained to help you prepare and organise, and can support you, but is not a solicitor, does not give legal advice, and does not speak for you in court.
